1️⃣ Nourish Well - Feed your body like you believe in your future. Whole foods, balanced nutrition, and supplements that support energy, gut health, and hormone balance are key.

2️⃣ Move Daily - Motion is life. It doesn’t have to be hours in the gym — just consistency. Strength training, yoga, walking — anything that keeps your body active and your mind clear.

3️⃣ Rest Deeply - Sleep is your superpower. Prioritize it. Protect it. And if your hormones or stress are sabotaging it, let’s fix that.
